From the EDITOR..

Happy New Year! 2003 was quite a productive year for flight simming in general with several big commercial releases and tons of freeware items gracing us with their presence. There are not too many big releases planned for 2004 as yet, but we imagine a few will certainly pop up to give us something to spend our hard earned cash on.

Here at Computer Pilot, we are going full throttle (as always) to bring you the latest reviews, lesson content and general simulator information and know-how to make your experience that much more enjoyable. Again we have a lot of changes that will take place this year with the magazine. The first step is to bring our own deadlines forward in a gradual process that should see you receiving your magazine a little earlier than the latter months of last year, an issue we know many of you have mentioned to us. We also have a few new columns lined up to replace some of the older ones that have run their course and we hope to have the new Computer Pilot website up and running within the first few months of this year. It will be a database driven site with plenty on input features, meaning you will be able to contact us, submit ideas or give general feedback about the magazine with much greater ease.

The official Computer Pilot website is proving popular among readers and the feedback we have received about the new Cover CDs so far has been overwhelmingly positive! Look forward to more great magazine and CD content throughout 2004 as the team strive to bring you the ultimate flight simulation companion through Computer Pilot Magazine
