Subscriber Missing Issue Request Form
This form is for current subscribers who have not yet received the most recent subscription issue of Computer Pilot Magazine.
Please note that we must allow a reasonable amount of time for the postal system to deliver your magazines and will only accept requests for replacement issues after the grace periods have expired.
If you are in the USA, please wait until the 21st day of the month has lapsed before you request a replacement issue. If you are outside the USA, please wait until the last day of the month has lapsed before you request a replacement issue.
e.g. For the September issue...
- If you are in the USA, please wait until 21 September for your issue to be delivered before assuming that your issue is lost in the mail.
- If you are outside the USA, please wait until 1 October for your issue to be delivered before assuming that your issue is lost in the mail.
Please note that we will only accept replacement issue requests dating back 3 months. If you have not requested a replacement issue within 3 months then we cannot send that issue and you will have to order that missing issue as a back-issue.
